Toxic Free North Carolina is establishing two teaching gardens that will include pollinator plantings at childcare centers in SE Raleigh. Apiopolis will visit the centers and show the kids what being a beekeeper is all about, hats and smokers and bees and all.
This fall: Standard Foods + Apiopolis Fundraiser | Date TBD
Honey dinner for the bees! Fellow natural beekeeper, Marty Hanks, of Just Bee Apiary and Sweat Equity Construction will join forces with Apiopolis and Standard Foods on a building project/experiment that mimics the natural habitat and ecosystem of a wild colony of honeybees in the trees.
